1. Website information
This website provides general information about DV Marketing Agency LLP and its digital marketing services. Content is provided for information and discussion and does not by itself create a client-agency agreement.
2. Service scope and pricing
Service scope, timelines, deliverables, fees, payment schedules and revision limits should be confirmed in a separate written proposal or agreement before work begins. Plan durations shown in the enquiry form are enquiry preferences, not fixed offers or guaranteed prices.
3. Enquiries and communication
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee acceptance, availability, a specific result or a contractual relationship. Please provide accurate contact information so we can respond.
4. Marketing results
Digital marketing performance depends on many factors, including market conditions, budgets, platforms, competition, creative, audience behaviour and client inputs. We do not promise specific reach, leads, sales, rankings or business outcomes unless expressly agreed in writing where appropriate.
5. Payment Terms
- The Client shall pay 50% of the total agreed fee as an advance payment prior to the commencement of services. Work will begin only after receipt of this advance payment.
- The remaining 50% balance payment shall be paid within 15 days from the date of commencement of the services.
6. Non-Refundable Payment Policy
The Client acknowledges and agrees that the 50% advance payment made before commencement of services is non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
No refund shall be claimed or granted in the event of:
- Change of mind by the Client.
- Business closure or change in business plans.
- Delay by the Client in providing approvals, content, access or required information.
- Dissatisfaction with business results where the Agency has delivered the agreed services.
- Low sales, low leads or low return on investment (ROI).

- Suspension or rejection of advertising accounts by third-party platforms.
- Market conditions, increased competition or other external factors beyond the Agency's reasonable control.
- Early termination or cancellation of the Agreement by the Client.
The Client acknowledges that, upon receipt of the 50% advance payment, the Agency allocates time, resources, personnel and project planning for the engagement. Accordingly, the advance payment shall remain non-refundable under this Agreement, subject to applicable law.
7. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate business information.

9. No Guarantee of Results
The Client acknowledges that digital marketing outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond the Agency's control. Accordingly, the Agency does not guarantee:
- Sales
- Leads
- Revenue
- Return on Investment (ROI)
- Search engine rankings
- Viral content
- Follower growth
- Engagement levels
The Agency agrees to provide professional services but cannot promise specific business results.
10. Confidentiality
Both Parties agree to keep confidential all business information, passwords, financial information, customer data, marketing strategies and other confidential information shared during this engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.
11. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the Client shall own the final approved deliverables specifically created for the Client. The Agency retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property, templates, tools, systems, methodologies, software and internal processes.
12. Force Majeure
The Agency shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including internet outages, platform downtime, natural disasters, government actions, cyber incidents or other force majeure events.
13. Early Termination
Either Party may terminate this Agreement by giving 30 days' written notice.
If the Client terminates the Agreement before completing the agreed minimum contract period, the Client shall pay:
- All outstanding invoices; and
- Either the fees for the remaining minimum contract period or the equivalent of 30 days' service fees, depending on what the Parties have agreed in writing.
Any payment already made shall remain non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
14. Project Pause
If the Client remains unresponsive for 30 consecutive days, the Agency may place the project on hold. Resuming the project may require revised timelines and/or additional charges.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Agency's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the fees actually paid by the Client for the specific services giving rise to the claim. The Agency shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits.
16. Third-party services and links
